MotoRide Days
MotoRide Days offers a unique opportunity to ride your bike on a real race track. MotoRide Days and Winton Motor Raceway have teamed up to offer motorcycle Ride Days throughout the year. The days have been uniquely designed to cater for all abilities and all types of bikes from your every day ride to the race bred R1.

MotoRide days only allow a maximum of 25 riders per group so people pre-registration is a must.

Ride days are exciting on track experiences for all riders no matter if this is your first day at the track or you’ve been racing for 20 years. This is the place to experience the thrill of testing yourself and your motorbikes capabilities in a safe controlled environment.

MotoRide Days uniquely offers official electronic timing for the riders. If you don’t want timing, you don’t have to have it, but it is available for anyone wanting to see how they are performing on the day. The electronic timing is provided at no extra cost.





The Important Stuff:
Cost of the day is $169 which includes official electronic timing
MA or AASA Licences accpeted, please make sure they are current. AASA Licecens can be purchased on the day for $50 and last for 12 months.

Or you can enter by phoning the Winton Motor Raceway office on (03) 5766 4235


Services on the day:
Fuel is available on the day from the Winton Motor Raceway fuel station, BP Ultimate, AVGAS, JFP 100, and regular unleaded. We are also working on securing a tyre changer to attend the day.

Requirements
All riding gear must be in good condition with no obvious faults or structural damage.
1 or 2 piece full leather suite (must be zip together)
DriRider or equivalent jacket and pants with body armour is acceptable for Novice group riders only.
Full face Helmet in good condition with a current Australian Standards Sticker
Motorcycle Riding Gloves in good condition
Motorcycle boots (above ankle) in good condition
A back protector is recommended
Your motorcycle will need to be in a well maintained and in good condition to be allowed on the track.
Winton Motor Raceway’s ”Two Mary’s Café“ will be open which sells both cold and hot drinks, and a good variety of delicious food. The Official Timing Screen will be in operation in the café.


Groups and Sessions
MotoRide Days will cater for all riders regardless of experience and on all types of bikes. Groups will be graded into similar skill and speed levels, each group will have a maximum of 25 riders.

MotoRide Day groups are:
Group 1: Beginner/Novice – New track day / Slow
Group 2: Intermediate – Occasional track day / Medium
Group 3: Advanced – Experienced track day / Medium – Fast
Group 4: Racer – Experienced Racer / Fast

Each group will be allocated 6 x 15 minute sessions, this can vary depending on size of groups and or incidents that might happen on track.
Riders are asked to sign on at the scrutineering office between 7.30am and 8.30am. Rider’s briefing will be conducted at 8.45am at the scrutineering office.
MotoRide day participants will be able to utilize at no extra cost the powered carports at Winton Motor Raceway. The Garages are also available at a cost of $90 for the day.
