Mick,
www.moms.org.au
not the usual MA website. This is the site for the draft version of the 2014 MOMs.
Not sure if it is universally known but there will be no printed version of the 2014 (and beyond) rules. All singing, all dancing and all electronic now.
It's been assumed that we all have computer access and smart phones or tablets (not that type mick) or lap tops to read the rules.
If you're going to the Fink I suppose you'll have to pack the satellite dish as well.

G'day Mick,
Check out moms.org.au
Another one that snuck through. Probably going to be another one for discussion and subjective interpretation at the track.
