I remember when Frank Pratt from Geelong used to ride at Ballarat on the old circuit down Gilles St on his immaculate BMW and sidecar (Steib?) dressed in a white shirt, starched collar and tie plus waitcoat under his leathers !! and win what's more. Bruped
