I am watching the V8 Supercabs on tv and they have just advertised the upcoming round at P.I. with the Australian Superbikes.
Tickets FROM $63!
I find it very sad that AVESCO has managed to develop this boring business so successfully and that we have to tag our national championship onto theirs.
Will I see the Australian Superbike Championship advertised with the V8 Supercabs as the support class?
Sadly I think I'm more likely to be offered a factory ride or be struck by a low flying elephant.
Do we not have one young person capable of promoting bike racing to the same extent?

If you are looking for money to build the new circuit, AVESCO and the GP corp. would be a good place to start. They must have it running out of their ears and no place to invest it which would show a reasonable return.
