The BAKERair Australian Classic Motocross Championship will be held at the Crystal Brook Motocross track on September 9/10/11 2011. Crystal Brook is situated some 200km north of Adelaide and 30km south of the city of Port Pirie.

The Crystal Brook Club is no stranger to running national events having run 4 Australian Motocross championships and a couple of Australian Motocross Sidecar Champs.

The club has spent the last couple of months re-designing the track to suit the 'older' bikes (1960 to 1985) and to make it more rider friendly for the younger and older riders.

The racing surface is one of the best dirt surfacers that bikes can get to compete on. It is a mix of sand and loam with the added attraction of 3 creek crossings and 3 steep hill sections. The track length will be 1.67km for the Australian Champs.

Camping will be available at the track from Thursday lunch time to Monday lunch time with toilets and showers on site. Portable lighting will assist the campers.

Entries can be down -loaded from Motorcycling Australia website. Entries close on August 20th.

Thanks again for your help with advertising and getting the event on the web.
