If you are stuck I have some, but I had intended keeping them for my other engines. I could give you drawings if stuck.

The adaptors I have require a small piece[ extended nut for want of a better name] which is screwed into the original hole, the adaptor sits over the small piece and the old screw then engages into that section. I am getting a couple of the extended nuts made for $40 each, if you are interested I can get one made for you at the same time.
I have thought about making the adaptor as well, would you be interested in coming on board to get a couple made? I am still getting prices at this stage.
