Sad news the event ran well good racing but we had a sidecar rider have his brother fall very ill at the days end. He had a heart attack and was not revived. I am not aware of protocol at this moment. He was Glen Davies, brother of Bryce Davies from Griffith.
Bryce has been a keen supporter of sidecar racing for many years. Glens nephew, father and sister in law were all present. Top medical care was on hand but ultimately it was not enough. The HMRAV has arranged a few things and the Davies family chose to travel home that night to spend time with Glens mother. The best thing about it I guess was that it was fast.
