John, I have received a call from Paul Plukhan that he wishes to sell his P4 Honda sidecar which raced mid 1990s. Nothing special but a good cheap entry to racing at $3000. No motor or log book, but not far off, if at all. If you hear of anyone they can contact Paul on 0412 858 304.
