Noel Clarke is a well know Historic Dirt bike enthusiast from Bendigo Victoria. Unfortunately, in late 2009, Noel suffered injuries at a meeting resulting in him becoming a paraplegic.
The Bendigo Motorcycle Club are running a fund raiser to assist Noel and his family, specifically to add funds for the purchase of a purpose specific wheel chair for Noel.

Tone, why not approach the HMRAV formally via an email and ask if the club would help with the raffle at our Vic Titles, also Preston are running the Classic MotoX titles at Broadford thsi weekend, try them
