I once got some at SuperCheap ... Cranbourne?
On the LHS of the highway from Melb to Phillip Island.
Some SuperCheap stores still stock it.

Not sure about Mexico but in Victoria ,,yes most super cheap stores stock it,but it is not super cheap,last time i payed $39 1 litre
