Hi again , i went looking this morning and have found a few places that may interest!
For the budget conscious, the Treasure Island Caravan / cabin Park would be a great place to start . They currently have 20 cabins available and range from $ 85 per night / Family o/plan cabins.
The Park is 2 Min's drive to center of Launceston and 25 Min's away from Symmons Plains Raceway . There website is : You must be logged in to see this link.
The next choice would be the Village Family Motor Inn , They have self contained units , good parking , and in the same area as above ! There units sleep 5, have everything you need and range from $ 35 per person per night . Ph: David, mention the race meeting etc , Ph 03 63431777

3rd choice is for the Aberdeen Court Apartments. family units from $ 125 per night , sleep 5 , and still only 3 Min's to city center , lots of fuel and shops etc close by . They have bookings from the 18 th , 17 th may be looking tight ! Web : aberdeencourtmotel.com.au Ph : 03 63445811
