I have spoken to the promoter James Spence, who said if we get 20 outfits he will run an event to include sidecars. Currently the plan excludes outfits because nobody is turning up. But if people adopt the new attitude / categories proposed on the forum at You must be logged in to see this link. we could race and have fun. Sure they may not include the quick F1 and F2 machines but we need to start somewhere to build fields.
20 may sound insurmountable but if you consider those who are racing good Historic s and are not going to the National Titles in Perth and a few Clubman style front up, 20 is achievable.
Entry fees may be $385 which includes a garage and transponder No prize money unless a sponsor turns up. I need to get back to the promoter within two weeks to see if there is support. Please tell me why it will not work so I can find a way over the problem.
Who would be interested in attending if they cant get to Perth?
