John I have also emailed you but for the benefit of others who may be interested the following is a brief summary of events from 2003.
Day 1 Machine Examining 7.30
Track walk
Riders Briefing 9.00
Practice 12 sessions starting 9.30
Lunch 12.10
Practice 10 sessions 12.40
Qualifying 11 sessions finish 5.00

Day 2 Track walk 7.00
Machine examining 7.30
Riders briefing 8.00
Warm ups 5 sessions 8.30
Races commence 8 events 9.45
Lunch 12.10
Racing continues 14 events 12.45
BBQ and lie telling 16.00

Day 3 Replicates day 2 except for Presentations which were due to start at 5.30 but actually started much later as we waited for all interstate teams to pack their containers etc before starting.

The above programme was planned very carefully and was based around wet weather conditions just in case. As it worked out we finished on or around time each day which was due in part to having very few stoppages for get offs or the dreaded oils spills. As previously mentioned the only hiccup apart from low entries was the hold up at Presentations.
Hope this helps someone.

Alan (still the nice guy)
