The HMRAV will be publishing the entry forms for this meeting in a few days. If you want a set they will be on this site, the HMRAV site and if you are on our mailing list you will get a set. 19 / 20 March at the newly syrfaced Braodford.
Remember we have on site camping at $10 so you dont have to book a Motel.
the on site catering etc is also available. We will be running a longer lunch time demo so if you have an old bike bring it along.

OK, as supplied by the HMRAV, here are the: You must be logged in to see this link.

All I can say at this point, is interesting fee structure. And you guys expect to at least break even on this, good luck.. Cheap as... Not like a recent event.

The Supp Regs are also available in the members only download area.

We are planning a film night on the saturday evening for the benefit of all campers. Dont forget the $10 camping fee, its a lot cheaper than a Motel or Hotel in the area. All the funds go to improving the facilities.

The entry fees for the Vic titles are $130 if you pay on time and $160 if you send in a late entry.
Some are unfortunately not realising this and have sent $160 as the early bird fee.
So save yourself $30 and get an entry in by the closing date 19 Feb. 2005.

Entries that arrive after the 28 Feb in this case cause a lot of extra work, but our new Rcae Secretary reckons he can handle it so he gave all competitors another week. Problem is most late entries were a week later anyway, still causing problems. If you are short you will have a note with your passes asking you to negotiate with Shirley Luke to get a ride. I suggest flowers for a start may be a good openning line.

We had 55 people respond to the TV adverts on Tuesday, Two Wheel Torque and In Pit lane.
So we should have plenty of spectators.
Soooo !! ya bikes better go well we have a show to put on.
