Do you have any contacts for F2 outfits? Ron Marten is covered as is Ron Trounson but the others just seemed to have disappeared from Victoria.
The HMRAV run the F2 sidecar Champs as part of its program to encourage F2 sidecarsat the Historic Vic Champs and BEARS champs on 29 / 30 March 2008 at Broadford.. Since they fit closely with the P4 and P5 outfits.
Our numbers have hovered around 4-5 units and more would be nice.

Can you be specific please, when you ask, "whats in it for me"?
Do you want us to start your outfit?
Do you need somebody to swing?
Do you need somebody to tuck you in at night?
Remember the whole committee are all arcers and will have their own matters to deal with.
More information about the style oif help would make it easier.
Regards john Daley

Hello john
i was askin is it a matter of me rolling up to the track and getting 3 rides over 2 days like the asc or getting 5 or 6 and getting my moneys worth
in regards to the tucking in at night i think you have been quite rude and inapprpriate to make statement like it. I am only interested in this because i have only just purchised Dave Jone's short bike and am interested in trying to establish a connecting between victoria and NSW like we have with qld

We've only been racing now for 12 months, and have found there to be a lot of help, advice, etc. Re accommodation, sometimes a few of the teams might be able to help, just ask and see. Perhaps the Historic Winton meeting might be a start for you? Its on in about May I think? (Can anyone confirm that) and is in the north east of Vic which might be a bit closer for you? We have found that we get plenty of rides at the various meetings, certainly we get our moneys worth. Are you licensed and experienced yet?
Cheers, Peen.(Tony)

# 64.
There will be 6 rides plus pracrise on Saturday.
The track will be available for practise on the friday but that is not included in the entry fees.
I was sarcastic about " what is in it for me" because I have had people who wanted all sorts of special priveliges to attend, even provide accommodation for a dog.

Pit sheds are available and if you enter quickly that will not be a problem. Accomodation is via camping at the track and we ask if you would donate $10 to help improve the camping facilities.
As for help with problems I can say we all seem to helping somebody at some stage so I think you should be confident about that. As for gearing I cannot advise for a 600, but somebody like Ron and Barb may be able to.
