| John, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all our friends on this forum for their valued input. I only have reason to be optimistic about the future of historic racing. The feedback on many of the ideas we've put forward has often been positive, and it seems that at least they're getting a hearing. I'm hopeful that 'Heritage BEARS' might become recognised as a championship class, it would really suit my ambition of getting a good ride on my Seeley Norton 850. My new year's resolution is to get my Egli Kawasaki 600 twostroke running. I'll have to find a meeting at some circuit where I can crash it safely, if it comes to that! |
