I need ideas, addresses etc to get more riders to this meeting. All offers considered. Would a few laps on the outfit be enough to offer any new competitor as in incentive to attend? Or would it be the great circuit, the ambiance we had, the good weather and traditional trophy stuff up, the catering, the swap meet, the trade show or the huge crowd that may draw them to the 2004 Festival? Have I gone over the top with pride yet?

it may be worth including in a questionaire should it be sent to members a survey of members skills.like other clubs a section of adverts outlining their specialities in club newsletters which may create more interaction between members other than when at a busy race meeting.what may result is assistance from experts in their fields contributing towards larger meetings.for example someone may have a graphic design flair that could be used in conjunction that may tie in with an advertising guru that knows a colour printer that may result in a magnificent poster,campaign,collectable program(not that these items arent already) etc,etc.
just ideas but individuals may contribute some time to the cause if more of a united approach were acheivable which could greatly assist all of the hard working commitee without requiring too much time...
