HMRAV RIDE DAYS
Since we have run the exclusive ride days for oldies at Broadford we have not had sufficient numbers of bikes to cover costs. In recent times we permitted a few later model machines on board to get their money. Trevor at the start has separated fast and slow machines satisfactorily so far. The committee has decided to open the day up more to ensure the viablity of the event. Solos will still be separated between fast and slow according to need. Also, all sidecars will be welcomed to the event within the sidecar time sessions, again procedures will be set in place for different types being on the track at the same time. It is felt if we do not open this day up, we may not be able to run them. We extend a special welcome to the SCRCV members to front when they want to for sidecar friendly practice sessions, You must be logged in to see this link. has all the details the next one is Sunday 22 Feb. 2004 Cost $77 including lunch

Duck Liver Pate on Melba Toast and French Bubbly and get to ride for only $77 you bewdy!
No, but seriously good move by attempting to welcome as many comers as possible which in turn means $$$$ for the club.
I will be in the shed on this occasion after being at P/Isle then E/Creek so will try and get some others to the next day. Cheers Keith.

Perhaps with approval if needed we could have a few sidecar promotional moments as well and if we get more paying customers or converts, thats a good start.

Dont forget the Track day 22 Feb. Any bikes are now welcome because not enopugh oldies are turning up. Cost $77 with a BBQ lunch basic. Come and try a sidecar for a small fee and test your own bike.
