Thanks Jerry, not all to plan but a very successful meeting again 180+ entries. W.A. , N.S.W., S.A., QLD and Vic riders in attendance. No Tassie this time but October??? Not a bad word about the clubs excellent organising but all excellent praise is deserved.
3 Separate Sidecar race classes provided spectators and interested racers plenty of action throughout..
Solos in the 500 Classic were again Titanic battles between me CB77 Honda and super quick Jack Wright from SA on his manx....lookout when his new Summerfield Motor arrives very soon.Jack is down to 106.01 only a poofteent away from Craig Morris lap record from when the circuit was new bitumen.....go Jack. Mick Neason had an off on Sat resulting in a fair bit of damage to one of his lovely Manx' Rod Tingate also came off on Sunday damaging the McIntire G50. Fortunately both riders ok.Jack took 1st 500 Bruce Marsden (QLD) on his rapid Goldstar 2nd and me 3rd.
Phil Paton (NSW) again ruled the 250 and 350 classic races with Buster Saunders on the Jawa pushing him on Sunday.
Terry Morris TZ350 had a couple of good scraps with young Colin Heather on the Hybrid Honda 500 in the combined Post Classic 350 and P5 up to 600cc events.
Michael Dibb is really coming to grips with Rex Wolfendens big P5 Honda beating Stuart Loly throughout the w/e
Leigh Corbett and me had a few tussles in the P3 unlimited races which were great fun again. Rissole was back complete with fan club and Banner on the fence on the Pit straight. GO RISSOLE 2nd overall behind Leigh with me 3rd.
All in all yet another reason for those out there to make the effort to come to HMRAV run events. Sthn Classic in October should again be huge with the WA fellas vowing to return again!!!! Bloody Tops.
This is just my blurb and hope many other continue with the saga, report. Cheers

Totally agree with you Keith. An excellent weekend of racing - even though my personal weekend was not one of my best with frame fractures letting the whole plot get a bit too flexible. Fantastic though to have enough sidecars there to have separate races and there were some ding dong solo races that I got to watch too. Well done everyone on both sides of the fence.
