Got this e-mail the other day and thought that I better share it with all:

New telephone number for Motorcycling Victoria

24th July 2009

Motorcycling Victoria (MV) would like to advise that due to the installation of a new telephone service, there is a new telephone number for the MV Office.

The new number is (03) 9403 0600.

Callers to the MV Office will notice the new telephone system straight away, with a new auto attendant system allowing callers to choose which area they wish to be put through to.

Callers will have the option of pressing 1 for Licensing; 2 for Permits; 3 for Accounts; 4 for Broadford; or 5 for General Enquiries. This will help the caller by ensuring they get to the correct person for their enquiry to provide the most effective and efficient service possible.

The fax number to the MV Office has not changed and remains (03) 9482 5488.

Callers who dial the old MV Office number will be diverted directly to the new number, and before being connected will be advised of the new telephone number.

We hope that this new system will allow us to provide a greater service to our members and the general public.
